About the Role

We are seeking a Core Java Developer with strong backend engineering fundamentals and practical exposure to Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable enterprise applications while leveraging modern AI-assisted development and GenAI-driven product features.

As an early adopter of Generative AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Groq, ChatGPT, or similar, you will leverage them to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and maintain code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based backend systems using Java (core/advanced/framework) or any other JVM technology
• Write production-quality scalable applications with coding agents like Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex, and similar AI-powered tools
• Build high-performance, multi-threaded applications with clean architecture principles
• Integrate front-end and back-end systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and user experience
• Work with REST APIs, JWT authentication, and cloud-based deployment environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards
• Stay updated with emerging GenAI tools and incorporate them into development workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Core Java development
• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP principles, and design patterns
• Proven experience building scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs
• Practical experience with at least one GenAI coding tool (GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Groq, or similar)
• Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of JWT authentication and security best practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, or other Java frameworks
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience integrating GenAI models or APIs into production applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies for full-stack collaboration
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
