About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-based development, technical design, and modern database technologies. This role requires a professional who has extensively used AI in building production solutions beyond basic code generation tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems using deep AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-based applications using Java and Python with extensive AI integration

• Build and optimize language models and AI solutions from the ground up

• Architect and implement scalable technical solutions with focus on AI integration, AI-based development and AI-assessed outcomes

• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases to manage and optimize data pipelines

• Leverage advanced AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to build intelligent systems beyond simple code generation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions

• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

• Stay updated with latest AI trends, tools, and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in software development with focus on AI/ML

• Strong proficiency in Java and Python programming languages

• Extensive experience using AI to build tech stack solutions, not just for code generation

• Proven track record of integrating AI capabilities into production systems and architectures

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)

• Strong understanding of technical design principles and software architecture

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI technologies

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL processes

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
