We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with strong experience in enterprise application development and a solid understanding of Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable solutions while driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities across products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java and related technologies.

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance microservices-based solutions.

• Drive technical decisions, code quality, and best practices across development teams.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.

• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks and APIs.

• Evaluate and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions for business use cases.

• Work on AI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, document processing, summarization, semantic search, and workflow automation.

• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and performance of applications and AI integrations.

Required Skills

Core Java & Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8/11/17+)

• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security

• Microservices architecture and REST API development

• Multithreading, Collections, JVM performance tuning

• Database experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ)

• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Generative AI

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application architectures

• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI models

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI workflow orchestration

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS

• AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Spring AI

• Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications and chatbots

Leadership

• Technical leadership and solution architecture experience

• Team mentoring and stakeholder management

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers.

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of MLOps and AI governance principles.

• Prior experience in SaaS product organizations is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, and guardrails

• Exposure to procurement, finance, or enterprise workflow automation domains
