We are looking for a Enterprise SAAS Product Manager who can shape the future of our enterprise software by building Agentic AI products. You will work closely with engineering to build category-defining AI products for enterprise customers. This Product Manager will drive the development of autonomous agents that can reason, decide, and execute tasks across procurement functions.

If you’re looking to manage backlogs, write PRDs, and optimize existing features—this role is not for you.

What You’ll Actually Do

You won’t “manage a product.”
You will build an AI workforce.

• Design autonomous agents that replace human workflows, not just assist them

• Solve problems where instructions are incomplete, data is messy, and outcomes matter

• Work directly with engineers on LLM orchestration, memory, tool use, and reasoning systems

• Turn ambiguous enterprise problems into working AI systems in weeks, not quarters

• Ship fast, break things (responsibly), and iterate even faster

The Problems You’ll Solve

• Can an AI agent negotiate with suppliers?

• Can it run sourcing events end-to-end?

• Can it detect risk, take decisions, and execute actions autonomously?

• Can enterprises trust AI to operate critical workflows?

You will answer these—not in slides, but in production.

• You’ve built 0→1 products, not just scaled existing ones

• You are deeply fluent in AI/LLMs (not buzzwords—actual understanding)

• You can go from problem → architecture → shipped product

• You are comfortable debating engineers on system design

• You move fast without waiting for perfect clarity

• You’ve hacked together your own AI agents or side projects

• You understand concepts like multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory, and evaluation

• You’ve worked on API-first or platform products

• You think in terms of systems, not features

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the roadmap for Zycus’ Agentic AI platform and use cases

• Identify high-impact opportunities to replace workflows with autonomous agents

• Translate business problems into AI-native product solutions

2. Agentic AI Product Development

• Design AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step tasks

• Work with engineering teams on LLM orchestration, tool usage, and agent frameworks

• Define agent behaviors, guardrails, feedback loops, and evaluation metrics

3. Customer-Centric Innovation

• Engage with enterprise customers (CPOs, procurement leaders) to identify use cases

• Run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly

• Build products that drive measurable business outcomes (cost savings, efficiency, compliance)

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML teams, UX, and GTM teams

• Own product lifecycle from ideation → launch → scale

• Align stakeholders across global teams

5. Data & AI Excellence

• Define metrics for agent performance (accuracy, autonomy, reliability)

• Drive continuous improvement using data, feedback loops, and model evaluation

• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 5–10 years in Product Management (preferably in SaaS / Enterprise Software)

• Experience building or working with AI/ML or GenAI products

• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, and AI product architecture

• Experience in workflow automation, platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus

Skills

• Strong product thinking: problem framing → solution design → execution

• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts (multi-agent systems, tool use, memory, reasoning)

• Ability to work with technical teams on architecture and trade-offs

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
