About the Role

Zycus is looking for a forward-thinking, AI-native VP/AVP of Product Management who can lead the next frontier of innovation in Agentic AI and autonomous enterprise software. If you've led the creation of intelligent products that learn, act, and evolve on their own — we want you.

You'll play a pivotal role in transforming Zycus' suite of procurement and supply chain solutions into next-gen, AI-driven products with built-in intelligence, automation, and adaptability.

At Zycus, product leaders are treated as CEOs of their products — empowered with complete ownership, from vision and design to launch and market success. Product managers are evaluated on the product's commercial success and serve as evangelists, articulating the product's vision to customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-first enterprise products, especially those leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, and advanced automation

• Drive product innovation that enables autonomous decision-making and enhances user experience via adaptive workflows and contextual intelligence

• Partner with engineering, AI/ML teams, and data science to shape product architectures that are scalable, secure, and continuously learning

• Define AI use cases across sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and compliance, translating business pain points into high-impact product features

• Guide end-to-end product development – from discovery and rapid prototyping to deployment and post-launch iteration

• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and infuse AI capabilities to drive measurable business outcomes

• Champion a user-first mindset with experimentation, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics

• Work closely with GTM, sales, and marketing to define compelling product narratives and positioning

• Stay ahead of market trends, research advancements in GenAI and agentic systems, and bring those insights into the product roadmap

• Act as product evangelist to customers, partners, industry analysts, and internal teams including sales, presales, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 18-20 years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized institution

• MBA from a Tier 1 business school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS, or equivalent international institutions)

• Proven track record of building and launching AI-powered enterprise products, particularly in Agentic AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, GenAI, autonomous agents, and their application in enterprise contexts

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or B2B enterprise software domains

• Strong technical acumen with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams

• Demonstrated success in driving commercial outcomes and product P&L ownership

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels

• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product-led growth strategies and SaaS business models

• Knowledge of procurement workflows, sourcing processes, supplier management, and compliance frameworks

• Familiarity with modern product development methodologies (Agile, Lean, Design Thinking)

• Track record of successful product evangelism with customers, analysts (Gartner, Forrester), and industry forums

• Experience in building products for global markets with multi-geography considerations

• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise AI

• Published thought leadership or speaking engagements in AI/product management space

• Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
