Job Description
At Zycus, we believe AI should change how work gets done, not just what software can do. We’re looking for a builder who wants to sit where engineering meets go-to-market. As part of our GTM engineering team, you’ll design and ship AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools that help our marketing, demand generation, business development, and sales teams work smarter and faster. This is a hands-on role for a recent graduate who loves building things people actually use, learns quickly, and wants to see their code turn directly into pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools to help the marketing and demand generation teams operate at scale.
Support business development and sales motions by developing systems that improve GTM execution and productivity.
Create practical solutions using a mix of Python, front-end and back-end technologies, and low-code/no-code automation tools.
Work closely with marketing, BD, and sales stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into usable internal products.
Design and ship lean, effective GTM systems with a strong focus on usability, speed, and business impact.
Continuously improve campaign, content, and pipeline operations through automation and AI-first thinking.
Required Qualifications
BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or AI Engineering.
Graduating in the 2026 or 2027 batch.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Working knowledge of both front-end and back-end development stacks.
Comfortable using low-code, no-code, and automation tools based on business needs.
Strong curiosity about how marketing, demand generation, and sales functions operate.
Bias for action, shipping quickly, and building usable products.
Preferred Skills
Interest in AI-led GTM systems and internal tooling.
Ability to work cross-functionally with revenue and marketing teams.
Practical problem-solving mindset with focus on outcomes over complexity.
High ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.
Why Zycus?
Build with AI from day one: Zycus is a global leader in AI-driven Source-to-Pay software, and AI sits at the core of how we build products and run the business. You’ll work hands-on with agentic AI, not just read about it.
Real impact, early: Your tools won’t sit in a backlog. They’ll be used by marketing and sales teams every day, and you’ll see the results in campaigns, pipeline, and productivity.
Learn across functions: Few engineering roles offer this kind of exposure to how enterprise SaaS is marketed and sold. You’ll build a rare mix of technical and business skills early in your career.
Global exposure: Work with teams and stakeholders across regions, supporting a product used by large enterprises around the world.
Room to grow: We value ownership and initiative. Strong performers here take on bigger problems quickly, regardless of tenure.
