Job Description

The Regional Vice President – Account Management is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue expansion across existing enterprise customers in North America. This role owns upsell, cross-sell, and expansion quota, leading a team of Customer Account Managers (CAMs) focused on maximizing customer lifetime value.

This is a sales-first role with strong collaboration across Customer Success, Product, and Services to identify and convert growth opportunities.

What You’ll Own

  • Own and deliver expansion revenue target (upsell + cross-sell quota)

  • Build and manage a strong expansion pipeline with predictable forecasting

  • Lead weekly forecast cadence, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection rigor

  • Drive whitespace identification and CSQL conversion into revenue

  • Execute complex enterprise sales cycles across multi-threaded buying groups

  • Partner with CSMs to convert adoption into commercial opportunities

  • Establish strong account planning and territory strategies

  • Drive deal qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC or similar)

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on growth strategies

  • Coach and scale a high-performance quota-carrying CAM team

  • Pipeline Coverage & Forecast Accuracy

What We’re Looking For :

  • 15+ years in B2B SaaS sales / account management

  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding expansion quotas

  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts

  • Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and deal strategy

  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to close complex deals

  • Proven leadership of quota-carrying sales/account teams

Ideal Background :

  • Enterprise SaaS (ERP, Procurement, S2P, CLM, etc.)

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Clari

  • Exposure to MEDDPICC or structured sales methodologies
