Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Experience Travel Desk Executive to support and manage corporate travel operations while ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience for employees and stakeholders across the organization.


Walk-in Drive Details

  • Location: Zycus Infotech Pvt Ltd. Plot No. GJ-07, Seepz++, SEEPZ SEZ, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400096 (close to SEEPZ gate no. 3)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and local transportation

  • Manage travel bookings, itinerary planning, modifications, and cancellations

  • Ensure smooth employee travel experiences while adhering to company travel policies and budgets

  • Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and transport partners

  • Maintain travel records, invoices, reimbursements, and expense documentation

  • Address travel-related queries and provide timely operational support

  • Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance processes whenever required

  • Ensure efficient communication and coordination for employee travel requirements

  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to travel management


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Full-time program only)

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requests efficiently

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Interest in travel management, operations, administration, or employee experience


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to travel booking platforms or travel coordination tools

  • Understanding of corporate travel policies and expense management

  • Prior internship or experience in operations, administration, customer support, or travel coordination

  • IATA Certification will be an added advantage
