Zycus is looking for a Marketing Manager – Demand Generation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand-led demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and enterprise revenue growth across global markets.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on marketing leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise GTM, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)—and increasingly, experience designing and deploying AI-driven and agentic marketing systems to scale demand generation across regions and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation, Pipeline & Revenue Growth
Own and scale multi-channel demand generation programs (digital, ABM, events, lifecycle) to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across enterprise accounts.
Design marketing motions that directly support large, multi-year deal closures, not just top-of-funnel lead volume.
Build predictable, scalable pipeline engines that drive growth across regional and global markets.
Agentic & AI-Driven Marketing (Core Expectation)
Lead the adoption of AI-first and agentic marketing approaches, including:
AI-driven demand generation and personalization at scale.
Intelligent ABM workflows (intent-led targeting, dynamic content, automated nurture).
Agentic systems that improve the speed, precision, and ROI of marketing execution.
Reimagine how marketing teams operate by replacing manual workflows with AI-powered agents where appropriate.
Partner closely with RevOps and Sales to ensure AI-led insights translate into measurable revenue outcomes.
ABM & Enterprise Marketing
Own and scale enterprise ABM programs targeting large enterprise organizations.
Drive deeply personalized engagement across complex buying committees (CPO, CFO, CIO, Procurement, IT, Risk, and Business stakeholders).
Ensure ABM efforts are tightly aligned to account strategy, opportunity stages, and customer lifecycle.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
Act as a strategic partner to enterprise sales leadership by owning:
Sales enablement strategies.
Opportunity acceleration and air-cover programs.
Content and campaigns designed to move stalled opportunities forward.
Marketing initiatives aligned to revenue metrics including pipeline, win rate, and deal velocity.
Events, Field & Thought Leadership
Lead high-impact field marketing programs including executive roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, virtual events, and thought leadership initiatives.
Leverage events as pipeline acceleration and deal-influence programs rather than brand awareness alone.
Content, Digital & Growth Strategy
Oversee enterprise-grade content, SEO, PPC, ABM advertising, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing programs.
Ensure all campaigns reinforce Zycus' positioning as an AI-first procurement technology leader.
Drive continuous experimentation and optimization using analytics, AI, and customer insights.
Partner & Alliance Marketing
Collaborate with consulting firms, system integrators (SIs), technology partners, and ecosystem alliances to develop joint GTM and enterprise outreach programs.
Leverage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and accelerate enterprise opportunities.
Marketing Analytics & ROI
Own marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that clearly connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue.
Use AI and automation to improve forecasting accuracy, campaign optimization, and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have
3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Proven success marketing enterprise SaaS platforms (procurement, supply chain, spend management, or adjacent enterprise software domains preferred).
Strong experience partnering directly with enterprise sales teams on complex, high-value opportunities.
Hands-on expertise with:
Demand Generation & ABM
Marketing Automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
CRM (Salesforce)
Marketing Analytics and Attribution
Strongly Preferred (Differentiators)
Experience building or deploying AI-led and agentic marketing systems, such as:
AI-driven ABM and demand generation engines.
Automated GTM scaling using AI workflows.
Personalization engines and intelligent nurture systems.
Experience owning regional or global GTM initiatives across North America, EMEA, APAC, or other international markets.
Demonstrated ability to scale marketing programs across multiple regions using technology, automation, and repeatable systems rather than headcount.
