As AI continues to reshape the customer experience landscape, Zycus is looking for a curious and hands-on AI Analyst Intern who is eager to experiment with AI/Gen-AI/Agentic tools across our post-sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, learning quickly, and building practical AI-driven solutions.

Working closely with senior leaders, including our North American CCO, you will contribute to accelerating AI adoption across implementation, support, customer success, and expansion teams.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping

• Assist in identifying inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows.

• Contribute to maintaining a backlog of AI/automation ideas.

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation

• Support the development of small-scale prototypes (e.g., chatbots, workflow automations, dashboards) using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks.

• Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases.

Pilot Support & Iteration

• Help deploy and monitor pilot solutions with internal teams.

• Collect feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support iteration efforts.

Learning & Knowledge Sharing

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends.

• Assist in preparing demos, documentation, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Help create simple documentation, prompt libraries, and reports to support scaling of successful pilots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with global teams (Delivery, Support, Customer Success) to understand business needs and support AI initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts or automation tools.

• Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON, or data handling (academic or project-based).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar frameworks.

• Coursework or projects related to AI, data analytics, or automation.

• Understanding of SaaS or customer-facing operations (support, success, etc.).

Nice to Have:

• Personal or academic projects (GitHub, hackathons, etc.) involving AI/chatbots/automation.

• Participation in AI communities, competitions, or meetups.
