Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Desk Intern to support our business travel operations. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for employees across the organization.
Internship Details
· Role: Corporate Travel Desk Intern
· Location: Mumbai
· Duration: 6 Months
· Stipend: INR 25,000 per month
· Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport)
· Assist employees with travel itineraries, changes, and cancellations
· Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets
· Liaise with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners
· Maintain travel records, invoices, and expense documentation
· Handle travel-related queries and provide timely support
· Support visa documentation and travel insurance processes (if applicable)
Who We’re Looking For
· Strong organizational and coordination skills
· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to manage multiple requests and work under deadlines
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Interest in travel management, operations, or administration
Good to Have
· Exposure to travel booking tools or platforms
· Understanding of corporate travel policies
· Prior internship or experience in operations, admin, or travel coordination
