Zycus is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Support team as Interns supporting Zycus applications. This role is ideal for candidates interested in enterprise application support, troubleshooting, procurement systems, and IT operations.

The selected candidates will work closely with senior support engineers to monitor applications, resolve user issues, and support day-to-day operations of Zycus platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Zycus applications and related systems.

• Monitor support tickets and assist in issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot basic application, user access, and system-related issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams and business users for incident tracking and updates.

• Assist in application testing, validation, and documentation activities.

• Learn and support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows.

• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and reports.

• Participate in system monitoring and maintenance activities.

• Follow IT support processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures.

Required Skills

• BE/B.Tech is mandatory (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related streams preferred).

• Eligible candidates must be 2025 graduates or later.

• Basic understanding of application support concepts.

• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn enterprise applications and support processes.

• Basic knowledge of ticketing tools or IT support processes is an added advantage.
