Job Description
Zycus is looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join as Product Support – Interns. In this role, you will work closely with global customers and internal teams to support Zycus’ AI-driven procurement solutions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product support, customer interaction, and enterprise SaaS environments.
Location: Mumbai (Seepz, Andheri East)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 0–1 Years
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and issues via email, chat, and calls
Support Zycus Procurement Applications (Source-to-Pay suite)
Collaborate with Technical Account Management and cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Assist in product configuration, troubleshooting, and incident management
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes
Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and automation initiatives
Analyze customer requirements and suggest effective solutions or workarounds
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality support
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA or Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields-2025 and onwards passout ONLY
0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of technical concepts and SaaS products
Familiarity with MS Excel and analytical thinking
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to multitask and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
