Job Description

As a Management Trainee - Marketing at Zycus, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey within our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is designed for ambitious freshers eager to gain hands-on experience in critical marketing functions. You will leverage your developing understanding of our products, market dynamics, and use cases to help enable our sales teams. This position offers exposure to executing GTM strategies, contributing to impactful narratives, and actively supporting demand generation activities, particularly for the EMEA or APAC region. You will collaborate closely with marketing operations, sales, product, and customer success teams, embracing an AI-First Mindset in your approach to marketing challenges.

We are looking for a highly driven, AI-curious, and coachable Management Trainee to join our Global Marketing team.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Demand Generation

  • Digital Marketing

  • Global Events & Campaigns

You will work on building pipeline across international markets by leveraging Agentic AI, automation tools, and modern growth frameworks.

This is a hands-on role designed for individuals who:

  • Actively use AI tools (not just know them)

  • Are excited about experimenting with Agentic workflows

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment


Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation

  • Support execution of global demand generation campaigns across US, EMEA & APAC

  • Assist in creating and distributing thought leadership content (blogs, whitepapers, reports)

  • Work on email marketing, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration initiatives

  • Partner with Sales/BD teams to drive qualified lead generation


2. Digital Marketing

  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn & digital ad campaigns

  • Assist in SEO, website content updates, and landing page creation

  • Track campaign performance and derive insights using analytics tools

  • Leverage AI tools to scale content creation and personalization


3. Global Events & Webinars

  • Support planning and execution of:

    • Webinars (global audiences)

    • Virtual & in-person events

    • Executive roundtables across regions

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

  • Drive event promotions, registrations, and follow-ups


4. AI-First Marketing Execution

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Make, Lovable, etc. to:

    • Generate content at scale

    • Automate workflows

    • Build marketing assets

  • Experiment with Agentic AI workflows for campaign execution and optimization

  • Continuously identify ways to improve speed, efficiency, and output using AI


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or B.Com.

  • MBA in Marketing (must-needed).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A strong passion for marketing, growth hacking, and understanding Go-to-Market strategies.

  • Eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation.

  • Basic understanding or keen interest in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools) and performance marketing (PPC, LinkedIn campaigns).

  • Strong analytical aptitude and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with information and identify trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to take initiative and learn new skills rapidly.

  • Prior internship experience, academic projects, or extracurricular involvement in marketing or a related field is a plus.

Must-Have Traits

  • Strong interest in Agentic AI (must be actively exploring/using it)

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools for:

    • Content creation

    • Research

    • Productivity or automation

  • High ownership & drive – goes beyond assigned tasks

  • Coachability – open to feedback, fast learner

  • Curiosity about B2B SaaS, global markets, and enterprise marketing


Good to Have

  • Exposure to digital marketing, campaigns, or content creation

  • Basic understanding of:

    • LinkedIn marketing

    • Email campaigns

    • Events/webinars

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
