Zycus is looking to hire BE / MCA 2025 – 26 graduates as INTERN for ITIS Department and is organising a Walk-In drive on 11th April 2026 at our office in our Bangalore Office at Bagmane World Technology Centre SEZ.

We are hiring BE/BTech graduates for our IT Infrastructure & Support (ITIS) team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong AI acumen who can leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and support IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for IT infrastructure, systems, and internal tools

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows

• Assist in automation of repetitive IT support tasks

• Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues

• Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes using AI-driven approaches

• Document solutions, processes, and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BE/BTech graduate (CS, IT, or related fields)

• Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI tools and technologies

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems

• Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn quickly

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using AI tools for automation or problem-solving

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms or system monitoring tools
